What data we collect

With the contact form we keep your name, your email, the message you write and your phone number if you give one. With the valuation form, in addition to that, the area, the type of property and the number of bedrooms; the phone number is required because a valuation is done by talking to you. We don't ask for your home's exact address: if we need it, we take it when we call you. We also record the page you wrote to us from. The IP address you send the form from is not kept on your record: it is used for a few minutes, only to limit how many automated submissions one connection can make.

What we use it for and on what basis

To reply to you, handle your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare the valuation of your home and a possible sales mandate, or help you find a home. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take when you contact us. We don't use this data for marketing unless you give us express, separate authorisation.

How long we keep it

If there is no activity for 24 months, the personal data in your enquiry is anonymised automatically. If we go on to sign a sales mandate or a purchase, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't give your data to third parties for their own purposes. We use providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel (hosting of the website, in the European Union), Supabase (the database where your enquiry is stored, in Ireland), Resend (sends Luciano Di Carlo a notice that there is a new enquiry, without the text of your message) and Upstash (counts submissions per connection to stop spam). Google Analytics only comes into play if you accept analytics cookies. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site uses no technical cookies: we don't even store the language you choose, which lives in the address. The only cookies are Google Analytics analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to 2 years), which measure which pages are visited and from where. They are only set if you accept them in the banner at the bottom of the screen; if you don't, not a single Google script is loaded. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Your rights

You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, ask us to restrict its processing or ask us to give it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the contact email on this page, stating which right you want to exercise. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
